Billy Elliot Rear Mezzanine for only 36$... is it worth it?

we'll be second to last row but more towards the center

is it worth taking the risk? do you think we will be able to see anything

thank you so much and it's the imperial theatreBilly Elliot Rear Mezzanine for only 36$... is it worth it?
IT IS WORTH IT.

trust me.

The Imperial theatre is a very intimate setting. it is small, and you have a good view of the stage no matter where you sit. There is a LOT of dancing and big production numbers where sitting up high and in the back can be an advantage to seeing everything that is going on and all the formations. Bringing binoculars is sometimes helpful though to get a closer view of the facial expressions in some scenes, if you wish. The musical is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The best show I have ever seen. Please go see it. The boys who play Billy are the most amazing children. It is more than worth it.Billy Elliot Rear Mezzanine for only 36$... is it worth it?
To preface this answer, I haven't seen Billy Elliot. I also don't believe I have been to the Imperial Theatre.

However, I recently saw West Side Story from the Rear Mezzanine. Being a fan of the movie, I knew the plot, the songs, the choreography. Also, I was going to see the show - not a specific actor/actress that was performing. I wasn't disappointed in my seats. My friend and I were very high up in the theatre, and I couldn't make out faces (even with my glasses on), but it was still fantastic.

I feel Billy Elliot will be similar. From what I understand, it's heavy on dancing, which could be interesting from above (as I found WSS to be). I've never really been disappointed in seeing a show, no matter where my seats were or if the view was obstructed (this happened in London, not NY).

For $36, I would do it! If you go, enjoy the show!
