Why is Logo the only channel that ever broadcasts Billy Elliot?

I really like that movie, but I never see it on TV on any channel besides Logo.

it was on bbc one at christmas of 2007/8 as i watched ads for it while my sister was watching hsm on there at xmasWhy is Logo the only channel that ever broadcasts Billy Elliot?
I wish I knew what Billy Elliot was about. I don't know why.
