Are you talking about the national tour of "Billy Elliott," which is scheduled to play San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre in September 2011?
That production is already out on tour (it's currently in Chicago) and so it's already cast. They may be looking for replacement cast members at some point; your best bet is to keep an eye on the Actors Equity website for casting announcements: http://www.actorsequity.org/CastingCall/鈥?/a>
If you're based in San Francisco and are hoping for local auditions there, that's probably not going to happen.
